I am Wyatt Meriwether. I am a strength athlete, coach, performing artist, choreographer, dancer, and movement educator.
My background spans competitive Strongman, dance, martial arts, tactical training, public health, and strength and conditioning.
Those disciplines are not separate parts of my life; they are facets of the same pursuit:
To understand how human beings adapt, endure, perform, and overcome.
